Job summary

Global Payments Inc. seeks an experienced product delivery leader to oversee execution of assigned product portfolios.

You will develop agile processes, lead roadmap initiatives, and monitor financial health and risks across stakeholders such as Finance, Sales, and Account Management. The role requires a strong payments background, leadership in complex projects, and ability to drive governance and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Typically a minimum of 10 years in product delivery/consulting, preferably in fintech.
• Experience with agile environments and cloud-based SAAS products.
• Project and leadership experience in payments industry.
• Knowledge of the payment ecosystem and KPI design.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements tools and processes for agile product delivery and drives continuous improvements.
• Plans and leads delivery of strategic product roadmap initiatives to hit budgets and outcomes.
• Monitors financial health and viability of products, recommending corrective actions when needed.
• Leads analysis of product program data to drive awareness, measurement, and improvement.
• Communicates program success criteria, scope, governance, schedule, and budget to stakeholders.
