Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Manager Business Partnerships to lead strategic product roadmap delivery and governance for a portfolio of products. You will own delivery health, KPIs, and risk management, coordinating across Finance, Sales, and Product teams in a global payments ecosystem.

This is an in-office, full-time role based in Mexico City. The role requires 10+ years in product delivery or consulting, with hands-on experience in agile environments and cloud-based SaaS products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent, or relevant experience.
• 10+ years in product delivery or consulting, with agile experience.
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS products preferred.
• Strong risk governance and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic product roadmap delivery aligning priorities with budgets and timelines.
• Own delivery health and KPI-driven performance across products.
• Shape agile delivery practices to improve efficiency and capability.
• Create visibility for senior leaders with governance and reporting.
• Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution to secure delivery.
• Manage throughput and capacity planning across the portfolio.
