Formación

• 10-15 years of enterprise software design and delivery experience.
• Expert in RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and DDD.
• Proven leadership of Java and Spring Boot in large-scale environments.
• Strong software engineering principles, patterns, and secure coding.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps and modern delivery practices.
• Extensive SDLC experience from planning to operations.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive accountability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Mentoring and developing engineering talent.
• Ability to learn new tech quickly and apply it.
