Formación

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading manufacturing technology, automation, or factory transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing complex investment or capital projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of manufacturing project managers and continuous improvement specialists.
• Drive digitalization, automation, capacity expansion, and manufacturing tech initiatives.
• Identify, prioritize, and deliver improvement projects and Kaizen activities.
• Partner with production, quality, engineering, and global manufacturing teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Define and execute manufacturing improvement roadmaps aligned with growth.
