Job summary

Mitratech, based in Mexico, is seeking an Engagement Representative to drive awareness and onboarding for partner clients. The role focuses on high-volume outbound activity, coordinating onboarding with implementation and account teams, and scheduling product demonstrations.

You will work closely with multiple departments to keep the demo pipeline full, assist with portal setups, and support ongoing admin tasks. A strong communicator with CRM experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, telemarketing, administrative or sales roles is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; active listening and adaptability.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and outbound calling tools.

Responsibilities

• Be a point of contact during onboarding, coordinating with implementation and account teams.
• Speak to product use cases and demo the platform at a high level.
• Make calls to employer groups to schedule demonstrations of the product.
• Keep onboarding demo pipeline full by proactively reaching out to new clients.
• Setup new partner portals and edit existing ones, including branding as needed.
• Assist with bulk user/client uploads and stay aligned with cross-functional teams.
