Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• 6+ years of operational experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent in Spanish and English at C1 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the delivery station and staff.
• Lead a team of Process Assistants and DSPs in daily operations.
• Ensure a safe, well-trained workplace and address associates' needs.
• Drive process improvements and Lean initiatives.
• Monitor productivity and coordinate with stakeholders.
