Amazon Logistics is seeking a Delivery Area Manager who will lead a team of shift managers and associates at a delivery station. You will manage inbound/outbound operations, drive safety, and coordinate with DSPs and stakeholders to meet service goals.

This front-line leadership role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of Amazon experience, 3+ years of people management, and flexibility to work weekends, nights, or holidays.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day management of inbound/outbound operations with focus on delivering Amazon orders to customers.
• Lead a team of Process Assistants and Delivery Service Providers in daily management of the delivery station.
• Ensure a safe workplace, properly trained people, and that their needs are addressed.
• Lead change with speed and drive Lean initiatives to improve processes.
• Route shipments within the Amazon Logistics coverage area.
• Assign duties to process assistants and monitor operations.
• Adapt to changes and growth as needed by operations.
