Job summary

DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Delivery Operations Senior Analyst to support the daily fulfillment operations of Entrega C2C, our on-demand point-to-point delivery service in Mexico City.

You will work closely with couriers and cross-functional teams to optimize pricing, incentives and delivery performance using data-driven insights. The role requires 2+ years in operations or logistics, strong SQL and Excel skills, and fluency in English and Spanish to collaborate across our international team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or last-mile delivery.
• Strong SQL and Excel/Sheets; ability to combine data with field observations.
• Ownership and results orientation with cross-cultural collaboration.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage courier pricing to improve pricing effectiveness.
• Plan and execute courier incentives to ensure supply during peak periods.
• Monitor delivery fulfillment and courier performance using quantitative and qualitative observations.
• Engage with couriers via field visits, interviews, surveys and focus groups.
• Investigate problems, identify levers and translate findings into action plans.
• Collaborate with Product, Data and Operations across countries to support launches.
• Follow up on actions, evaluate results, and adjust as needed.
• Incorporate AI into recurring workflows to improve efficiency.
