DiDi Global Inc. in Mexico City seeks a Strategy and Engagement Senior Analyst to translate growth initiatives into scalable operational workflows across DiDi Food and related services.

You will partner with Product and Field Operations to implement pilots, build automated dashboards, and report to senior leadership, driving efficiency and sustainable growth. This role demands 3–6 years in strategy/operations analytics, strong SQL/Python, and a track record of cross‑functional project execution

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Strong SQL and Excel data analysis ability.
• Proficiency with Python, PowerBi and experimentation platforms.
• Ability to translate KPIs into strategic recommendations for optimizations.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with clear timelines and measurable impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Driving Operational Optimization & Analytics: analyze datasets to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-saving improvements.
• Leading Pilot Execution & Scaling: design, run, and scale pilots and A/B tests with Product and Supply teams.
• Owning Performance Management & Executive Reporting: build dashboards and deliver data-backed reviews to senior leadership.
• Managing Cross-Functional Projects End-to-End: lead high-priority initiatives with Commercial Ops, Product, and Field teams.
• Championing Process Automation & Scalability: partner to standardize and automate workflows for scalable regional expansion.
