Monks is seeking a Senior Specialist, Business & Delivery Operations to ensure delivery teams execute projects on time, within scope, and with profitability. You will connect day-to-day delivery with resourcing, financial discipline, and process improvement across Mexico and LATAM.

You will partner with Creative, Account, Governance, Finance, Project Management, and Resource Management teams to improve visibility, identify risks early, and drive scalable execution.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in delivery operations, project management, production, resource management, or agency operations.
• Strong understanding of project delivery fundamentals: scope, timelines, effort estimation, staffing, budgets, risks.
• Experience with financial concepts: budgets, actuals, burn rates, utilization, margins.
• Advanced Google Sheets skills and dashboards.
• Experience with CRM and resourcing tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Interest in AI, automation, and process optimization within delivery environments.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Highly organized, analytical, proactive, and fast-paced.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor delivery performance across timelines, scope, hours, budget, utilization, and risks.
• Support scope validation, estimation, and planning to keep projects feasible and on budget.
• Identify scope leakage, unplanned work, budget overruns, staffing gaps, and delivery risks with actionable recommendations.
• Maintain forecasts, capacity visibility, and operational reporting with cross-functional teams.
• Support resource allocation across local and regional teams, balancing cost and quality.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for weekly reviews and monthly discussions.
• Ensure adherence to delivery workflows, governance, and risk tracking.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline reporting and planning.
