Monks is seeking a Project Manager to join a fast-paced, digital-first team delivering advertising assets. You will coordinate across Creative, Copy, Data, Strategy and Design, managing client briefs and internal resources to hit milestones and timely delivery.

The role requires 2–3 years in digital advertising or production, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication in English. You will liaise with clients, manage expectations, and help optimize workflows and processes.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in digital advertising or production.
• Excellent project management with client-relations skills.
• Flawless organizational and scheduling skills.
• Experience with media plans and launching digital ad campaigns.
• Proficient in English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage fast-moving digital creative projects and ensure milestones are met.
• Liaise between client leads and internal teams to align on delivery.
• Coordinate multiple projects across Creative, Copywriting, Data, Strategy and Design.
• Balance resources and workload; plan and track progress.
• Brief team and update stakeholders on project status and timelines.
• Prioritize assignments and ensure the right Monks are assigned to keep flow of work.
• Evaluate projects post-delivery to improve processes and workflows.
