Monks is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and support multiple client projects from definition to launch. You will collaborate with Designers, Motion Designers, Strategists, Producers and Creative Account Leads to deliver on time, within scope, and with quality.

In this role you will balance speed and quality, manage resourcing and stakeholders, and continually improve processes and tools. A 4-year degree and agency experience are preferred.

Formación

• 3–5 years of project management experience in an agency setting.
• Solid knowledge of project management fundamentals.
• Understanding of Agile and its role in quick feedback loops.
• Proficient with Google Suite, Asana; able to apply tools creatively.
• Strong stakeholder management across internal/external teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to influence at all levels.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and avoid scope creep.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Closely managing assigned projects day-to-day to drive deliverables and remove barriers.
• Participate in project resourcing, facilitate activities and manage stakeholders.
• Ensure the team is enabled and provided with what they need, while actively removing impediments.
• Coordinate project intake, triage, planning, execution and launch activities.
• Develop Project Management artifacts to ensure success for each project (schedules, cost estimates, Scope of Work, management dashboards, internal and external status reports, risk/issue management reports.)
• Improve upon existing project management processes, including recommendation, trial and onboarding of new softwares and tools, as well as rollout of process to Creative Services team.
• Identify areas of improvement based on business needs and goals
