Prolific in Mexico is seeking a Senior Human Data Operations Partner, AI to ensure the smooth execution of end-to-end operational processes powering our specialised participant pools.

You will collaborate with delivery, product, data science, and customer success teams to transform processes into scalable, tech-driven solutions, overseeing onboarding, verification, and quality management.

Formación

• Experience in human data operations, ideally in marketplace or platform environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience implementing scalable processes and operational tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed project plans, workflows, and enablement materials to support efficient delivery.
• Maintain Prolific's participant pools as high-quality, diverse, and optimised to meet customer demands.
• Implement and manage verification processes for domain experts and AI taskers, ensuring skill alignment with client requirements.
• Continuously optimise participant onboarding and activation funnels to enhance retention and task performance.
• Monitor participant engagement and quality metrics, using insights to drive improvements.
• Contribute to upskilling programmes and certification processes for participants involved in complex AI tasks.
• Collaborate with product, data, science, and customer success to align operational priorities with goals.
• Transform manual processes into scalable, technology-driven solutions with product teams.
• Serve as a conduit between delivery teams and operations for seamless project execution.
• Document operational changes and communicate them to stakeholders across the business.
