LAB49 in Mexico City seeks a Senior Product & Delivery Manager to bridge client-facing engagement leads and development squads, with a hybrid work arrangement across multiple streams. You’ll drive delivery discipline while supporting hands-on product execution for a single stream.

You’ll collaborate with US-based Engagement and Product Leads to translate client strategy into clear, actionable execution, writing user stories, clarifying requirements, and ensuring quality through delivery.

Formación

• Over 10 years in technology with deep product execution and delivery leadership.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into execution plans and backlogs.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English (C1+).
• Hands-on approach to requirements, UX reviews, and testing when needed.
• Experience applying AI within enterprise contexts or demonstrated curiosity in AI trends.

Responsabilidades

• Product Execution (60%): translate strategy into backlogs, requirements, and delivery plans; collaborate with UX, QA, and developers.
• Delivery Management (40%): plan and track risks, manage dependencies, report progress to stakeholders; ensure quality and timeliness.
