Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate strategy and performance goals to maximize route productivity through training, analysis, and feedback.
• Partner with the AMZL Delivery Station management team to establish quality standards.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools.
• Coordinate across functions and track tasks.
• Communicate across areas to align goals and tasks for program success.
• Plan and forecast to assess performance and problem resolution.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving data gathering, manipulation and analysis for supply chain insights and recommendations.
• Improve transportation network to deliver flexible, efficient products to customers.
• Ensure safety, security, and loss prevention procedures are followed.
