Amazon is seeking a Delivery Area Manager to lead a team of shift managers and associates in the delivery station, ensuring safe operations and on-time delivery to customers. You will supervise process assistants and DSPs, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with management and cross-functional teams to meet performance goals.

The role requires a strong focus on safety, people development, and operational excellence within a 24/7 logistics environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day management of inbound/outbound operations focusing on delivering orders to customers.
• Lead a team of Process Assistants and Delivery Service Providers in daily management of the delivery station.
• Ensure a safe workplace, properly trained personnel, and that needs are addressed.
• Lead change at internet speed and drive Lean improvements.
• Route shipments within Amazon Logistics coverage area.
• Support and assign duties to process assistants.
