Job summary

Kellanova Co is seeking a Deduction Prevention Analyst within the Global Business Services (GBS) to identify opportunities to reduce customer deductions and improve financial outcomes across the organization. You will transform data into actionable insights and partner with multiple functions to address root causes, strengthening customer experiences.

In this role, you’ll work across Invoice to Cash, Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and Reporting & Analytics, gaining broad exposure to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in Order to Cash, Invoice to Cash, Accounts Receivable, deductions, or customer service processes.
• Strong knowledge of customer deductions and dispute management.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret data.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, visualizations, and data-driven recommendations.
• Experience in a shared services, service center, or process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Trend analysis and risk identification of customer deductions and disputes.
• Root cause investigation with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor performance and governance; improve processes and controls.
• Share best practices across Invoice to Cash organization.
