Kellanova is seeking a Deduction Management Analyst in Querétaro to ensure timely processing of customer deductions and payments, supporting healthy cash flow and business performance through analytical insights and issue resolution.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify trends, drive process improvements, and strengthen financial results across deduction management and trade payables.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, accounts receivable, deduction management, or related financial operations
• Experience auditing, analyzing, and reconciling customer payments and invoices.
• Ability to maintain and manage documentation supporting compliance and audit requirements.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Deduction Resolution Leadership: Manage customer deductions from receipt through resolution, ensuring timely processing and alignment with established business objectives.
• Customer Partnership Management: Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify trends, address issues, and reduce recurring deductions.
• Trade Payables Administration: Support trade payable activities through payment processing, deduction assignments, off-invoice allowances, and verification of supporting documentation when required.
• Financial Analysis & Audit Support: Review customer payments against invoices, validate account application accuracy, and maintain documentation required for compliance and audit requirements.
• Invalid Deduction Recovery: Partner with stakeholders to investigate invalid deductions, support repayment collection efforts, and help drive profitability and cash flow improvements.
