Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a GTN Deduction Analyst in Mexico City to monitor commercial deductions, lead month-end reviews, and collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and Credit-to-Cash teams. You will identify root causes and drive automation to protect profitability and strengthen customer partnerships.

The role requires a finance-focused background, ERP experience, and a proactive approach to resolving deductions and improving processes.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
3+ years in Finance, Accounting, AR, or Deduction Management.
Experience with trade spend, 3-way matching, and financial dispute resolution.
Proficiency with ERP systems and customer portals for data analysis.

Responsabilidades

Monitor and resolve commercial deductions including promotions, pricing, returns, and post-audits while leading month-end performance reviews.
Partner cross-functionally with Customer Development, Local Finance, and Credit-to-Cash teams to resolve past-due balances and credit holds.
Drive process automation through RPA and other tools to simplify workflows.
Analyze customer logistics, vendor compliance, and payment history to identify root causes and corrective actions.
Enforce 3-way matching controls and adherence to financial policies.
