Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a GTN Deduction Team Lead in Mexico City to oversee end-to-end processing of commercial deductions. You will lead a team of 6–8 finance professionals, drive process improvements, and partner with North America Finance, Customer Development, and Logistics to minimize financial risk.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 4+ years in finance, 2+ years in C2C/deduction management, and 1+ year of people leadership, with strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 4+ years of professional experience in finance.
• 2+ years of experience in Credit-to-Cash (C2C) processes or commercial deduction management.
• 1+ years of direct experience leading, coaching, or managing team members.
• Business-level fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team of 6–8 finance professionals handling high-volume customer claims, collections, and payment workflows.
• Direct month-end close, aging open items, and present summaries to leaders to minimize bad debt exposure.
• Collaborate with Commercial Teams, Account Managers, Finance, Logistics, and retail partners to resolve discrepancies and obtain docs.
• Validate shortage and vendor claims, manage AP dispute follow-ups to recover invalid deductions.
• Strengthen 3-way matching internal controls and end-to-end C2C workflows.
• Drive process automation, scripting, RPA, and leverage SAP/S/4HANA to improve efficiency.
