Kellanova is seeking a Deduction Management Analyst to join a cross-functional finance team focused on accurate processing of customer deductions and payments, supporting healthy cash flow and business performance.

You will collaborate with customer service, finance, sales, credit and collections, and external contacts to identify trends, address root causes, and improve processes that impact financial results through data-driven analysis.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, accounts receivable, deduction management, or related financial operations.
• Experience auditing, analyzing, and reconciling customer payments and invoices.
• Ability to maintain and manage documentation supporting compliance and audit requirements.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Deduction resolution leadership from receipt through resolution, ensuring timely processing.
• Customer partnership management by identifying trends and issues with internal/external stakeholders.
• Trade payables administration including payment processing and verification of documentation.
• Financial analysis and audit support, reviewing payments against invoices and maintaining records.
• Investigate invalid deductions and assist repayment collection for cash-flow improvements.

Title: Deduction Management Analyst

Join a team focused on driving accuracy, efficiency, and strong customer partnerships across deduction management and trade payables. In the Deduction Management Analyst role, you will help ensure the timely processing of customer deductions and payments while supporting healthy cash flow and business performance through thoughtful analysis and issue resolution. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to identify trends, address root causes, and improve processes that impact financial results.

As part of a collaborative, cross-functional environment, you will partner with customer service, finance, sales, credit and collections, and external customer contacts to support deduction management activities. This role offers exposure to key commercial and financial processes, providing opportunities to influence outcomes, strengthen partnerships, and contribute to business performance through informed decision-making and process excellence.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Deduction Resolution Leadership: Manage customer deductions from receipt through resolution, ensuring timely processing and alignment with established business objectives.
• Customer Partnership Management: Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify trends, address issues, and reduce recurring deductions.
• Trade Payables Administration: Support trade payable activities through payment processing, deduction assignments, off-invoice allowances, and verification of supporting documentation when required.
• Financial Analysis & Audit Support: Review customer payments against invoices, validate account application accuracy, and maintain documentation required for compliance and audit requirements.
• Invalid Deduction Recovery: Partner with stakeholders to investigate invalid deductions, support repayment collection efforts, and help drive profitability and cash flow improvements.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related fields.
