Kellanova is seeking a Deduction Management Analyst to join a cross-functional finance team focused on accurate processing of customer deductions and payments, supporting healthy cash flow and business performance.

You will collaborate with customer service, finance, sales, credit and collections, and external contacts to identify trends, address root causes, and improve processes that impact financial results through data-driven analysis.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, accounts receivable, deduction management, or related financial operations.
• Experience auditing, analyzing, and reconciling customer payments and invoices.
• Ability to maintain and manage documentation supporting compliance and audit requirements.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Deduction resolution leadership from receipt through resolution, ensuring timely processing.
• Customer partnership management by identifying trends and issues with internal/external stakeholders.
• Trade payables administration including payment processing and verification of documentation.
• Financial analysis and audit support, reviewing payments against invoices and maintaining records.
• Investigate invalid deductions and assist repayment collection for cash-flow improvements.
