Colgate-Palmolive, a global consumer products leader, is seeking a GTN Deduction Team Lead in Mexico City in a hybrid role. You will oversee end-to-end review and processing of commercial deductions across promotions, pricing, and post-audits, leading a 6–8 finance team and collaborating with North America Finance, Customer Development, and Logistics to minimize risk and drive automation.

• > Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• > 4+ years of professional experience in finance
• > 2+ years of experience in Credit-to-Cash (C2C) processes or commercial deduction management
• > 1+ years of direct experience leading, coaching, or managing team members
• Business‑level fluency in written and spoken English

Responsabilidades

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 finance professionals handling high-volume customer claims, collections, and payment workflows.
• Direct month-end close execution, track aging open items, and deliver actionable summaries to leadership to minimize bad debt exposure.
• Partner with Commercial Teams, Account Managers, Finance, Logistics, and external retail partners to resolve invoice discrepancies and secure essential documentation.
• Validate shortage and vendor compliance claims, manage customer portal workflows, and direct AP dispute follow-ups to recover invalid deductions.
• Strengthen 3-way matching internal controls, streamline end-to-end C2C workflows, conduct root‑cause analysis on recurring deductions, and establish escalation protocols.
• Drive process optimization initiatives by leveraging automation, scripting, RPA bots, and SAP/S/4HANA.
