XPENG is seeking a Field Training Specialist to bridge Corporate HQ and the Dealer Network in a dynamic, customer‑facing role. You will audit dealer operations, coach staff, and develop visual training materials to elevate brand standards and CX across the network.

You will design engaging multi-media content, deliver on-camera tutorials, and monitor KPI-driven improvements while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field is required.
• 1–3 years in automotive OEM or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
• Advanced English proficiency for cross-functional communication.
• Frequent travel to dealership locations is expected.
• Strong passion for automotive industry and modern mobility trends.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular field audits at dealership locations to ensure compliance with standards.
• Deliver on-site training and coaching to dealership staff and guide best practices.
• Design and update visual training assets, manuals, and quick video tutorials.
• Create engaging video tutorials and product walkthroughs for staff.
• Analyse field KPIs and dealer feedback to drive improvement plans.
• Share field insights with the Network Development team for standardization.
