Job summary

XPENG is seeking a Field Operations & Training Specialist to bridge corporate HQ with an authorized dealer network. You will conduct on-site audits, coach dealership staff, and develop dynamic training materials to elevate customer experience and performance.

Travel to dealer locations will be frequent. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and strong English communication are required, with 1–3 years in automotive or related roles valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in automotive OEM preferred but not required.
Advanced English proficiency at business level is required.
Willingness to travel frequently to dealership locations.

Responsibilities

Field Auditing & Compliance: conduct regular on-site evaluations at dealership locations to audit operational processes, commercial compliance, product & brand knowledge and CX standards.
On-Site Training & Coaching: act as a field coach for dealer staff, deliver feedback, guide best practices, support sales/service frameworks.
Content & Material Development: design and update training assets including manuals, interactive presentations, guides, and field docs.
Digital Media & Video Content Creation: develop multimedia training materials, video tutorials, product walkthroughs, and on-camera content.
Performance Analytics & Continuous Improvement: analyse KPIs and dealer scorecards to identify bottlenecks and design improvement plans.
Cross-Functional Synergy: share field insights with Network Development to standardize best practices across dealer cohorts.
