XPEL DE MEXICO in Ciudad Juárez seeks a Field Operations Manager to lead dealership service teams across multiple locations. You will oversee payroll, timekeeping, and labor approvals while recruiting, coaching, and managing installers and trainees.

You will develop daily installer schedules, monitor film inventory, coordinate onboarding, track expenditures, and ensure accurate invoicing. Strong communication with dealership partners and the admin team is essential to maintain service quality

Qualificações

• 3+ years working in dealership or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a field service team across multiple dealership locations.
• Oversee timekeeping, payroll submissions, and labor hour approvals.
• Coordinate installer onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Develop daily installer schedules to optimize productivity.
• Monitor film inventory, place orders, and ensure material availability.
• Review billing and service reports for accuracy prior to invoicing.
• Build relationships with dealership partners and communicate operational updates.
• Support product demonstrations and field deployments.
