BYD Mexico is seeking a Customer Experience & NPS Specialist to strengthen loyalty and brand reputation across the dealer network. You will develop NPS policies, train dealers, and monitor outcomes through onsite visits and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires strong Excel data analysis, English proficiency, and the ability to translate feedback into actionable improvements, working with dealer teams to drive CX improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, CX, communications, or related field.
• Experience with NPS and customer service within automotive/OEM is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain NPS evaluation policies and service standards.
• Provide NPS and CX training to dealers across pre-sale, sale, and post-sale stages.
• Guide dealerships in implementing customer care practices and monitor results.
