Arrow Electronics, Inc. en Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, busca un Associate de Soporte al Cliente I para gestionar pedidos y brindar una experiencia excelente a clientes internos y externos.

La posición es de tiempo completo, en sitio, con entrenamiento constante y oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de una empresa global de tecnología. Se valorarán habilidades en Excel y comunicación en inglés.

Formación

• Normalmente se requiere un grado de 2-3 años y 2-4 años de experiencia o haber completado la escuela secundaria con experiencia relacionada equivalente.
• 1–2 años de experiencia en servicio al cliente.

Responsabilidades

• Ofrecer servicio al cliente interno y externo con enfoque en la gestión de pedidos.
• Colaborar con ventas, planificación, almacén, transporte, calidad y otros equipos.
• Analizar datos del ciclo Orden a Factura para proponer soluciones proactivas.
• Proporcionar reportes de estado de pedidos abiertos y cerrados.

In this position, you'll have the opportunity to contribute individually and as a team member in providing a great experience to our customers through order management for light manufacturing orders handling the end-to-end process.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing expert internal and external customer service, interfacing directly with customers, recommending solutions and/or action plans to internal teams.
• Collaborating with different teams and departments, including sales, planning, warehouse, transportation, quality, buyers, and many others.
• Analyzing data in a "Order to Invoice" perspective to find possible actions/solutions to take proactively.
• Providing status reports to the customer regarding open and closed orders.
• Acting as a first point of escalation after initial requests, regarding expedites, returns, order adjustments, upgrades, and cancellations.
• Retrieving order invoices, credit memos, packing slip reprints and other documentation required by the customer.
• Following up all cases assigned until final resolution.
• Interacting with customer portals, EDI signals and backlog tools.
• Working with ERP and CRM systems to ensure information accuracy.
• Taking eventual calls and meetings with internal or external teams.
• Receiving constant training and courses to ensure that your knowledge is always updated and compliant.

What You'll Need

• Typically requires a 2-3 year degree and 2-4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of supply chain processes.
• Teamwork oriented skills.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.
