Arrow Electronics is seeking an HR Representative - Contact Center in Mexico to join our Corporate HR Team within our HR Solutions Center. This role supports Mexico, the USA and other countries with HR inquiries, delivering confidential, professional service.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with HR systems such as Workday, HR Connect, and ATS. A long-term career with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits awaits.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field is required.
Minimum 1 year of HR service center experience in Mexico and USA inquiries.

Responsabilidades

Respond to questions on basic HR practices, process and policies for Mexico, USA, and other countries via multiple channels.
Answer basic HR policy questions for managers, employees and coworkers and escalate as appropriate.
Field general inquiries from candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers; escalate as needed.
Educate clients in Mexico about services and self-service tools like Workday and HR Connect.
Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
Use Workday to process employee-related transactions and audit work.
Continuously create and define process improvements.

About The Role

Our next HR Associate will be a part of our Corporate HR Team within our HR Solutions Center in Mexico. This is an exciting team to be a part of as you get to work with many aspects of HR and support many people throughout the organization. We're looking for a candidate who has HR experience, working with Mexico, US and other countries inquiries, but is looking to learn, grow and would like a long-term career in HR.

The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, a high level of confidentiality, a professional demeanor, the ability to think outside the box, and strong Excel skills.

What You'll Be Doing

Respond to questions on basic HR practices, process and policies, available for Mexico, USA, and other countries, via multiple channels within our HR Solutions center (e.g., e-mail, phone, chat, and case management system).
Answer basic HR policy-related questions for managers, employees and coworkers in Mexico, USA and other countries and elevate as appropriate.
Fields general, straightforward inquiries from candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers; escalates inquiries to senior team members and/or management as necessary.
Educate clients in Mexico of services available to them and ensure accountability towards self-service tools such as Workday, HR Connect, and other systems
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions, in addition to auditing work performed by other members of the team.
Continuously create and define process improvement.

What We're Looking For

Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English.
Minimum 1 year of HR service center experience in Mexico and USA's inquiries.
Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Skilled in preparing clear and concise documents, including, but not limited to, correspondences and other written materials.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information.
Ability to demonstrate effective customer services skills.
Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate effective office practices and etiquette.
Highly prefer experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), SharePoint, Workday.
