Arrow Electronics is seeking a BOM Specialist in a hybrid role (3 days in office/2 days work from home) in Mexico. You will collaborate with Solution Architects to produce urgent Bills of Materials, oversee end-to-end BOM creation, and enter data into the ERP system to ensure rapid execution across departments.

This role requires 6+ years of related experience or 4+ years with an advanced degree, advanced Excel, Salesforce proficiency, and strong English communication.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to create urgent Bills of Materials (BOMs) with a fast turnaround time.
• Oversee the BOM creation process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Enter BOMs and solutions into the ERP system and follow up to guarantee fast execution across departments.
• Manage multiple priorities and open items while maintaining a clear understanding of project urgency.
• Lead new initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Who We’re Looking for

• A minimum of 6 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (technical high proficiency) and Salesforce (SFDC).
• advanced verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required.
• A proactive approach to research and problem-solving to achieve project goals.
• Experience in project management with a clear understanding of processes and priorities.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Work Arrangement Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days' work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $79,908.33 - $79,908.25 MXN Monthly Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
