Arrow Electronics in Guadalajara, MX is seeking a Quote Services Associate to enter and scrub customer quotes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

You'll work with sales to update quote status, monitor the process daily, and leverage Excel and Power BI for data integrity, in a full-time role at the Guadalajara office.

Formación

• Typically requires a 2-year degree and 1–2 years of related experience.
• Industrial/Electronic/Systems Engineering education or experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including VBA and Power BI experience.

Responsabilidades

• Data entry of customer quotes (enter, scrub, clean, and prepare data).
• Scrubbing of part numbers for accuracy.
• Monitor quote process daily.
• Communicate quote status on customer due date and advise sales to markup.
• Monitor pending quote items for completion; notify sales for markup and prepare for sending.

What You'll Be Doing

• Data entry of customer quotes (does not create quotes, only enters, scrubbing, cleaning and prepared the data)
• Scrubbing of part numbers for accuracy
• Monitor quote process daily
• Communicate quote status on customer due date and advise sales to markup quote for customer
• Monitor pending quote items for completion, notify sales for markup, download into customer format, and prepare for sending

What We’re Looking For

• Typically requires a 2-year degree and 1– 2 years of experience or equivalent related experience.
• Industrial, Electronic, or Systems Engineering education and/or experience preferred, but not required.
• Advanced application of Microsoft Excel (Visual Basic preferred), database experience & Power BI.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$19,991.67 - $20,997.90 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
