Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specializing in financial servicing technology and contact center solutions, seeks a Customer Service Specialist in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora. Fluent English is required and a passion for delivering exceptional support is essential.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with online applications, guide them through payments and account changes, and document interactions in internal systems.

Formación

• Advanced/fluent verbal and written English communication.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing questions, concerns, and inquiries professionally. Assist customers with navigating online application processes and educate them on products and services. Support clients with payment scheduling or account adjustments. Manage escalated situations calmly while documenting all client interactions accurately in internal systems.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Gross Monthly Salary: $12,000 MXN
• Monthly Gross Bonus: Up to $3,000 MXN
• Food Stamps (Vales de Despensa): $800 MXN monthly
• Legal Benefits: Statutory benefits (Prestaciones de Ley) included

Work Schedule & Modality

• Workplace Modality: On-site
• Operating Hours: Monday to Saturday between 5:00 AM and 9:00 PM
• Working Schedule: 5 days per week with 2 days off (Sunday + 1 weekday off)

Your Role (Key Responsibilities)

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing questions, concerns, and inquiries professionally. Assist customers with navigating online application processes and educate them on products and services. Support clients with payment scheduling or account adjustments. Manage escalated situations calmly while documenting all client interactions accurately in internal systems.

What You Need (Requirements)

• English Proficiency: Advanced/fluent verbal and written English communication skills (MUST).
• Experience: 6 months of customer service experience required.
• Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Attitude: High energy, creative problem-solving mindset, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
