Formación

• Advanced English required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Document and update customer information in CRM systems.
• Verify customer applications and personal information.
• Schedule appointments and provide accurate information to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.
• Follow company procedures and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
