Flex is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Guadalajara to support key accounts and coordinate across operations, including order processing, RMA, and shipping instructions.

You will use system applications, handle inquiries, and strive for one-call resolutions while maintaining SOX controls and knowledge of incoterms and shipments. Strong English and Excel skills are required, with a BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inquiries and resolve customer problems with care.
• Coordinate Orderboard, RMA, CMA, AR, OTD, and export processes.
• Maintain customer service standards during high-pressure periods.
• Track relevant metrics and drive actions based on KPIs.
• Interpret customer needs and provide training or explanations when needed.
