Flex in Guadalajara, North Campus, seeks a Customer Service Representative to manage key customer accounts and support SpinCo's evolution. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service while maintaining order accuracy and KPI targets.

The role requires English proficiency, knowledge of shipping/logistics, and collaboration with warehouse, operations, and export teams to meet customer requirements.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge in Shipping and logistics.
• Customer service: Always focused on customer needs.
• English, intermediate Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with management of key customer accounts across all business relationships.
• Coordinate Orderboard, RMA, CMA, AR, OTD, Sales and Export processes.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for shipments per customer instructions.
• Monitor customer demand and coordinate with material and production control for requested models.
