Flex is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Guadalajara, North Campus, to manage key customer accounts and support SpinCo initiatives post-spin planning. You will coordinate orders, shipments, and invoicing while ensuring top customer satisfaction.

Fluency in English and knowledge of logistics are essential. The role reports to the Customer Service Manager and requires BA/BS or equivalent experience, with intermediate Excel skills.

• Knowledge in Shipping and logistics.
• Customer service: Always focused on customer needs.
• English proficiency.
• Intermediate Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inquiries and resolve customer problems with care and efficiency.
• Coordinate orders, RMA, CMA, AR, OTD, and export processes.
• Track customer demand and coordinate with material and production control.
• Maintain customer service standards even in high-volume situations.
• Communicate clearly in English and minimize jargon.
