Flex in Aguascalientes is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our teams who design, build and deliver innovative products for customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues and coordinate with order, logistics and production teams to meet customer requirements.
We're looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least one year in customer service. Strong English communication and a proactive approach are essential to exceed customer expectations in
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsabilidades
- Provide high-quality customer service using company systems
- Resolve inquiries and complaints with one-call resolution
- Maintain service standards under high-volume conditions
- Coordinate with Orderboard, RMA, CMA, AR, OTD and related processes
- Interpret customer needs and provide solutions as needed
- Communicate clearly in English to ensure customer understanding
- Track metrics and act on KPIs to improve service
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, production teams to fulfill orders
- Assist in production planning and delivery coordination
