ResultsCX is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Hermosillo, Sonora. This on-site role requires fluency in English and Spanish, a high school diploma, and strong typing skills.

You'll handle orders, refunds, and account inquiries during 9.5-hour shifts, with a 5-day workweek. You will receive paid training Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:36 PM, and a compensation package that includes a base salary of MXN 16,000 per month plus a performance bonus of up to MXN 4,000.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Typing speed of 30 WPM or higher.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.

Location:

On-site in Hermosillo, Sonora

Schedule:

Full-time, 5 days per week with 9.5-hour shifts and 2 days off

Operating Hours:

5:00 AM - 11:00 PM (Sonora Time)

Pay:

Up to $20,000 MXN monthly

Base Salary:

$16,000 MXN

Performance Bonus:

Up to $4,000 MXN

Training:

Paid training, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:36 PM

Requirements:

• Fluent English and Spanish

• Comfortable using multiple systems while assisting customers
• Customer service or call center experience preferred
