ResultsCX is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Hermosillo, Sonora. This on-site role requires fluency in English and Spanish, a high school diploma, and strong typing skills.

You'll handle orders, refunds, and account inquiries during 9.5-hour shifts, with a 5-day workweek. You will receive paid training Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:36 PM, and a compensation package that includes a base salary of MXN 16,000 per month plus a performance bonus of up to MXN 4,000.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Typing speed of 30 WPM or higher.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Missing orders handling and follow-up.
• Process returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Handle refund requests with accuracy.
• Resolve website access issues and account inquiries.
• Provide general support and proactive problem solving.
