Danfoss is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Mexico to act as the primary contact for customers, manage orders accurately, and connect customers with the right resources. You will collaborate with Sales Account Managers, plant personnel, IT partners, and CS colleagues to address needs and resolve inquiries using ERP/CRM systems.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, strong relationships, and contributing to service quality and process improvements across the business.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years in customer service.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary customer contact via email, phone, and portals.
• Manage customer orders accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with Sales, plant personnel, IT, and CS teams to address needs.
• Research inquiries using ERP/CRM/EDI systems to provide informed guidance.
• Support escalations and service-quality initiatives with the team.
