Danfoss in Reynosa seeks a Customer Claims Analyst to manage the full lifecycle of customer claims, from intake to closure, ensuring accurate documentation and compliant processes. You’ll work with Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Finance, Sales, Customer Service and plant teams to resolve issues and improve service levels.

Formación

• Experience in quality or customer claims handling in manufacturing or related environments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP/QEHS claims systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient English communication across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer complaints and claims from case creation to closure with accurate documentation.
• Coordinate claim-related tasks with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Communicate claim status and updates via portals, email, and tickets.
• Maintain audit-ready records, CAPA, 8D documentation per DPS standards.
• Track KPIs like responsiveness and closure rates to drive improvements.
