Grundfos GmbH in Mexico is seeking an IND CSSC OEM Customer Service Senior Representative to provide engineering-driven support to OEM customers and internal teams. You will guide product selection, troubleshoot, and manage orders to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment while collaborating across functions.

Ideal candidates hold an associate or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, have 1–3 years in customer service or order management, strong SAP (CRM/SD/MM) knowledge, and excellent English.

Formación

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or order management.
• Strong SAP knowledge (CRM/SD/MM) and English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engineering-driven support to OEM customers and internal stakeholders.
• Advise on product selection, technical troubleshooting, and application guidance.
• Manage orders to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment and smooth order-to-delivery.
• Offer pricing and quotations, track offers, and provide delivery information.
• Promote digital tools, handle export documentation, and record complaints/returns.
• Provide 2nd line support across the customer service team and assist leadership with strategy deliveries.
