PepsiCo in Mexico City is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure day-to-day order processing for Frito-Lay North America, delivering gold-standard service and maintaining site performance through standard processes.

You will partner with CSRs across GCC and with site and region leadership; 1–3 years in Frito-Lay sales or supply chain, fluent English, and strong communication are preferred.

Formación

• Fluent English required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or order processing preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Process daily orders for Frito Lay North America, including confirmation and cleansing.
• Manage customer communications—adds/cuts, missing orders and off-template orders.
• Confirm order completion and backfill CSRs during vacations.
• Collaborate with GCC CSRs and site/region leadership to maintain service standards.
