Accelleron Mexico SA de CV is seeking an experienced professional to manage service and spare part quotations and to maintain accurate inquiry data in our ERP environment. You will ensure proper part selection, on-time deliveries, and contract compliance while coordinating with global teams for seamless execution.

The role requires 3+ years in order handling or supply chain operations, strong English communication skills, and proficiency with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA advantageous).

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in order handling, customer support or supply chain operations, preferably international.
• Demonstrated customer orientation with a commitment to quality and responsiveness.
• Practical experience with ERP systems; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong cross-cultural communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and process service and spare part quotations in response to customers.
• Record and maintain inquiry data in systems with accurate pricing and terms.
• Facilitate ERP order booking, ensuring proper part selection and timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with spare parts centre for order placement via EDI/ATURB and verify discounts.
• Ensure timely invoicing upon delivery and accurate cost booking.
• Maintain master data accuracy and work with global teams for end-to-end execution.
