Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 0-2 years in customer service, with solid English skills and familiarity with MRP. The role emphasizes problem solving, cross‑functional coordination, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (International Relations, Business or equivalent).
• Experience of 0 - 2 years in customer service role.
• MRP knowledge.
• OEM´s, distributors.
• Lean manufacturing, S&OP, ISO 9001, APICS desirables
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Advanced English level

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always.
• Follow-up and alignment of customer orders according to their needs.
• Processing of orders, forms, and requests.
• Communicating and coordinating with the various departments as necessary to identify the correct information for our customers.
• Communication with customers through the various channels established by the company.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Acknowledgement and resolution of customer complaints.
• Ensure the correct entry of orders into the system.
• Attend weekly client meetings via Teams or by phone, ensuring effective communication.
• Work on the continuous improvement of their processes.
• Share the documentation requested by the client.
