Job summary

Aptiv is seeking a Customer Contact professional in Mexico to optimize order processing, shipping, and returns. You will handle complex orders, track delivery status, and communicate shortages or price changes to customers.

In this role you will act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution, analyze inquiries and sales trends, and ensure system data is up to date for timely deliveries. English conversation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer contact/service, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Ability to coordinate with production and distribution teams.
• Experience in automotive Tier 1 is preferred.
• English conversational required.

Responsibilities
