Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage order entry, pricing, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates.
• Maintain master customer data and related SAP records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Quality to resolve issues.
• Track past-due orders and provide recovery plans.
