Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our plant in Apodaca NL to deliver outstanding customer experiences through effective order follow-up, cross-functional coordination, and proactive problem-solving. The role requires a service-oriented mindset and ownership of customer needs.

You will manage orders, track status, coordinate with planning, production, and logistics, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely responses and resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or a related field
• Strong customer focus with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail to follow up on orders, identify issues, and support problem-solving
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work across different functions and build strong relationships

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and follow up on order status, delivery dates, changes, and issue resolution
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information while ensuring a positive service experience
• Coordinate closely with planning, production, logistics, quality, and other internal teams to support customer requirements
• Monitor open orders, backlogs, and critical requests to identify risks and support on-time responses
• Maintain accurate documentation and system updates related to customer requests, order changes, and follow-up
