Littelfuse is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Piedras Negras, Mexico to maintain and grow customer loyalty from order entry to delivery. Accurate, timely handling of orders and customer requests is essential.

You will process purchase orders, returns and samples, resolve billing or delivery holds, and support credit analysts, planning, and sales engineers. SAP experience and high English proficiency are a plus for global coordination.

Formación

• 2+ years of customer service.
• Results oriented with good problem solving.
• Good organizational and proactive skills.
• Must be proficient in Word and Excel.
• Fluent and advanced English skills both written and spoken.
• Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• SAP experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Accurate and timely entry of customer purchase orders (~20/day).
• Accurate and timely entry of customer return requests (~5/day).
• Accurate and timely entry of customer sample requests (~3/day).
• Accurate and timely response to customer expedite inquiries.
• Investigation and corrective actions of billing and delivery holds on orders.
• Provide assistance to credit analyst, planning team, sales engineers; respond to Freshdesk inquiries.
