Parker Hannifin is seeking a customer service specialist to be the single point of contact for customers, coordinating with Sales and internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution. You will monitor portals, manage orders, and communicate effectively to meet customer expectations from Apodaca, Mexico.

The role emphasizes teamwork, analytical thinking, and the ability to handle multiple software tools. Fluency in English and visa eligibility are required for this position.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business or administration.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience of customer service required.
• Advanced English (80%-90%).
• Visa required.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Takes ownership of customer requests and drives them to completion.
• Process purchase orders and quote requests and ensure requirements flow to operations.
• Monitor and manage customer portals.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and maintain communication with customers.
• Negotiate delivery schedules and manage accounts payable/receivable issues.
• Help achieve team KPIs, especially response timeliness.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and Lean initiatives.
